Deneska practises primarily in the firm’s tax and litigation departments. Her expertise lies in the practice area of tax with a specific emphasis on tax litigation and compliance. Deneska has experience in litigation with numerous types of tax for both natural and juristic persons including income tax, value added tax, PAYE and customs and excise.
In addition, Deneska has experience in civil litigation (administrative, commercial and family law) which includes both motion proceedings and civil trials in both the Magistrates Court and High Court. She has been involved in the preparation and drafting of various notices and pleadings including review applications, ex parte applications and both opposed and unopposed divorces.
Deneska obtained her LL.B degree (with distinction) from the University of the Free State in 2019 and was awarded the Deans Medal for achieving the highest result over the four-year degree. In 2017 Deneska became a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society as validated by the University of the Free State.
Deneska joined Fluxmans in 2020 and was appointed as an associate of the firm in 2022.
