Jaimé practises in the firm’s corporate & commercial law department and her expertise lies in general corporate & commercial law, as well as property law
Corporate & commercial law: corporate & commercial transactions such as acquisitions and disposals of businesses, sale of shares agreements, shareholder agreements; MOIs, distribution and supply agreements, as well as the preparation of all forms of commercial and business contracts, estate planning and drafting of wills.
Property law: property transactions such as the acquisition and disposal of property and property holding entities, property developments and development leases, mortgage and notarial bonds, commercial and residential lease agreements.
Jaimé obtained her LLB degree (with distinction) in 2019 from the University of Pretoria and joined Fluxmans in 2020 and was appointed as an associate in 2022.
