With a broad range of local and international clients across all sectors, Kevin’s areas of expertise include commercial litigation, construction law, environmental law, family law, administrative law, evictions, human rights, insolvency/business rescue, insurance, landlord and tenant and property law.

As a senior member of one South Africa’s leading litigation departments, Kevin has an extensive resumé and regularly shares his knowledge and experience in articles and podcasts which are published and broadcast widely.

The core of Kevin’s practice is running a wide spectrum of litigation matters and personally appearing in courts and in arbitrations.

Kevin was admitted as an attorney in January 1981 and is also an admitted notary and conveyancer.
