Pick n Pay has officially moved into its new Eastport Logistics Distribution Centre in Gauteng. The Centre was developed by Capital Propfund Proprietary Limited (a company within the Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited stable).
The new Pick n Pay distribution centre is the largest single-phase warehousing development in South Africa and qualifies for an EDGE Green Building Certification. The building also holds the record for the longest sheet of roof in the world for which they won a Guinness World record.
Fluxmans (through Darryl Furman and Jaime Myhill) were proud to be involved with the development and leasing transaction for the new centre and represented both Pick n Pay and Fortress in this iconic matter.”
