Biography
Brett’s expertise lies in commercial litigation, civil litigation, insurance law, business rescue and insolvency law. He also has experience in matters relating to privacy law, intellectual property law and Road Accident Fund claims.
Brett obtained his B.A. and LL.B. degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand where he was inducted into the Golden Key Society and registered on the Dean’s List which recognises the top 10% of students in each degree programme.
Brett joined Fluxmans in 2020 and was appointed Associate in 2021.
