Nafeesa practices in our litigation department and has experience in commercial litigation, arbitration and tribunal proceedings. Nafeesa has drafted and been involved in preparing a variety of High Court pleadings and notices and has appeared in the Magistrate’s Court.
Nafeesa obtained her LLB Degree from the University of Johannesburg in 2019. She joined Fluxmans as a Candidate Attorney in 2021 and became an Associate in 2023
Nafeesa became a member of Young ICCA, a leading arbitration knowledge network for young practitioners and students, functioning under the auspices of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration in 2022.
