Biography

Acknowledged as a highly experienced specialist in property law, Steven is an integral part of the commercial property law and conveyancing departments of the firm. His expertise lies in various aspects of property law and real estate, including structuring of transactions, acquisitions, disposals and commercial and residential developments. In addition, his extensive skills include his proficiency in a wide range of work in the retail fuel station industry on behalf of major fuel companies, developers and operators, development and building agreements, joint ventures, industrial, commercial and residential lease agreements and various aspects of conveyancing.

Steven advises on the acquisition, disposal, development, and leasing of a wide range of properties including commercial retail fuel stations, industrial and residential properties and his cross-border client list is testament to his substantial experience in this field.

Steven obtained his B.A. and LL.B. degrees at the University of the Witwatersrand and his Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law at Rand Afrikaans University (now the University of Johannesburg).
